24th Anniversary Celebration: A Night Under the Stars

Celebrate with us at our 24th anniversary celebration, A Night Under the Stars, to support the Dream of Homeownership. Join us for open bar, great food, silent auction and dancing! Your attendance and contribution will help make the evening a success and assist the organization in meeting its mission of strengthening communities by creating lasting and responsible homeownership through education and financial coaching.

The Housing Partnership is celebrating its 24th Anniversary on Saturday, September 17, 2016. As a United Way agency, HUD approved counseling agency and NeighborWorks America Homeownership Center; the Partnership can proudly look back on many years of creating successful homeowners – over 1,200 homeowners in the last decade alone.

Best of all, our homeowners are financially healthy – our purchasers have an average credit score of 730 and less than 1% have foreclosed on their homes!

Visionary Leadership Award:

Chef Eric is Chef/Partner at Morris tap and Grill, Paragon Tap and Table as well as ChefEricsravioli.com. He sits on the advisory board at Chef Magazine, and serves as a contributing editor.

Food Art Magazine named Chef Eric one of the Top Ten Chefs of America.  He was featured in Jezebel Magazine in the Top Twenty Chefs of Distinction.  Catering Magazine, CaterSource Magazine and Chef Magazine all recognized him for his creative small plate creations and trend setting approach.

Community Partner of the Year: Wolfe Realty Team

Lyle Wolf is CEO of the Wolf Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Morristown, New Jersey. Lyle helps buyers and sellers invest in real estate in the Morris County area. He has 23 years of experience in every aspect of the real estate business as an investor, builder, rehabber, photographer, luxury homes publisher, national short sales trainer, and sales agent. He works alongside his wife, Sima, an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Their son Ian, is an award winning broker-associate with over 11 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The Wolf family has dedicated many years to assisting the Housing Partnership with outreach and helping their first time homebuyers successfully achieve HomeOwnership!

Jay Bacco – Volunteer of the Year Award: Ingrid Echeverria Esq. 

Ingrid Echeverria has volunteered her time for over six years with the Housing Partnership as a presenter in both our English and Spanish homebuyer education classes. As a dedicated attorney her desire to meld quality comprehensive legal representation at a reasonable cost for her clients led her to support our mission of educating our clients through the entire home buying process.  A Seton Hall University School of Law graduate her practice is located in Hudson County and Morris County.
